Linda enjoyed playing Netball at school but had a long break from the sport until she got involved with Back to Netball and joined a team with work colleagues.

Linda got immense enjoyment from playing with a group of people that it soon turned into regularly playing twice a week. The friendships made within the team over the past 12 years showcases the power Netball has to bring people together and have fun, all whilst getting a little bit of exercise!

During maternity leave, Linda still wanted to be involved in Netball so she decided to apply to the Regional Management Board. Her background is in communication and marketing and she hopes to use her experience to encourage more people to be involved. She wants people to experience the many benefits of Netball that she has enjoyed.
